Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) held the national unique electricity design competition, the 'Watt Design Award,' combining design creativity to promote social communication on electricity issues. This year, nearly 1,600 entries from all over the country competed for a total prize money of 900,000 NTD. Winners included creations like wireless charging pads on manhole covers, transformer-shaped chargers, and magnetic safety helmet accessories. The 24th Watt Design Award ceremony announced winners on June 28 and featured prominent judges from the design industry.
