A Taiwan Railway EMU3000 series Taroko Express train derailed after colliding with debris flow yesterday (6/21), injuring 9 people. The train was successfully recovered this morning, and track and signal restoration work is ongoing with the full line expected to reopen by noon. The accident occurred at 4:50 yesterday afternoon near the tunnel exit between Chongde and Hore. The affected passengers have been transferred to alternative trains, with injured individuals receiving medical care. Repair efforts are underway, and the railway has provided support and services to passengers affected by the incident.
