Taiwan Railway's Puyuma Express train No. 229 collided with a landslide yesterday, causing 3 carriages to derail and injuring 9 individuals. The company announced that the train was successfully re-railed and removed at 8am today, and track and signal equipment restoration is underway, with full operation expected by noon. Passengers have been transferred to other trains and injured individuals are receiving medical care. Efforts to clear the track are ongoing following the accident.
