Following the 4% salary increase for military and civil servants last year, Taiwan's Premier Su Tseng-chang announced during a Cabinet meeting that considering the stable economic growth in recent years, salaries for all military and civil servants will be adjusted next year. Su also urged private enterprises to share their economic success with employees, aiming to provide substantial raises for more Taiwanese citizens. Efforts are underway to formalize the salary adjustment process for military and civil servants by the end of this year.
