Taishin Investment Trust is optimistic about the long-term prospects of Japan's semiconductor industry, collaborating with the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) to introduce Taiwan's first ETF focused on Japanese semiconductors, the Taishin Japan Semiconductor ETF (00951). Scheduled to open for subscription on July 8 at a launch price of NT$10 and list on July 25, this ETF aims to capitalize on the booming Japanese semiconductor sector, especially following the opening of TSMC's first overseas wafer manufacturing facility in Kumamoto, Japan. With an affordable entry point, it invites small investors to participate in this growing market while diversifying and reducing investment risks.
