The groundbreaking ceremony for the 'D-ONE First Grand World', located adjacent to the triple railway hub, has taken place in Taiwan. With an investment exceeding 26 billion NTD and covering over 15 hectares of development land, the project will include the construction of the country's largest shopping mall, a Broadway-level cinema, a five-star hotel, and Grade A office buildings. The development is expected to generate annual revenues of 35 billion NTD for a single store, provide around 18,000 job opportunities, and boost the local economy. The project, supported by the Mayor of Taichung, is set to bring positive economic benefits to the region by its completion and operation targeted by the end of 2026.
