Taipei's Eli Hilton Gorgeous Select Hotel launched the 'SENS Pop-up Guest Chef' event at La Farfalla Italian Restaurant, collaborating with the rising chef Wu Dingyu to offer a unique dining experience. Wu, Taiwan's youngest Michelin-starred chef at 26, is known for infusing traditional French cuisine with creativity, and this collaboration presents a flash of his culinary expertise through 8-course meals accompanied by 5 selected wines. The event, themed 'deconstruction' and 'reconstruction,' combines SENS' elegance and sustainable elements to create a delightful feast, featuring dishes like Marseille Fish Soup turned into a sauce with seared lobster, and classic Braised Beef in Red Wine elevated with A5 Wagyu fillet and unique ingredients.
