Taiwan Semiconductor founder Morris Chang will celebrate his 93rd birthday on July 10. His wife, Chang Shufen, has planned a cruise trip to Europe as an early celebration, along with family members. TSMC Chairman Wei Zhejia is reportedly organizing a banquet for Morris Chang's birthday as per tradition. The family recently returned from their European trip, where Chang appeared in good spirits. Last year, prominent figures like MediaTek CEO Rick Tsai and Hon Hai founder Terry Gou attended Chang's birthday banquet. Wei Zhejia is now preparing to lead the TSMC team in congratulating Chang on his upcoming birthday.
