Reported 7 months ago

Taiwan Semiconductor's German factory will begin construction by the end of this year and mass production is expected to start by the end of 2027, attracting Taiwanese supply chain companies to the region. Poland, along with neighboring countries like the Czech Republic, have been reaching out to Taiwanese companies. The Polish Investment Agency revealed that the Polish government has offered the highest subsidies in the EU to welcome companies from various fields to invest in Poland, with at least 10 Taiwanese companies already in talks. Poland's strategic advantages, including geographical location, workforce, competitive wages, and government subsidies, make it an appealing destination for semiconductor industry development.
