On June 13, 2024, the Taiwan Stock Exchange along with the GreTai Securities Market will host the '10th Corporate Governance Evaluation Awards Ceremony', recognizing the top 1% listed companies under 50 billion in market value and those showing the most progress this year. The event will acknowledge the top 5% ranked listed companies and those in the 50 billion to 100 billion market value category. With the aim to promote better governance and encourage smaller companies, the awards hope to enhance the overall corporate governance in Taiwan's capital market. The evaluation based on four dimensions and 80 indicators has already shown an increased focus on governance, with 29% of new top performers among listed companies and 18% among GreTai companies compared to the previous year, signifying a growing commitment to governance excellence.
