Taiwan's stock market closed on June 28 at 23,032.25 points, rising by 126.27 points, with a significant gain of 2,737.8 points in the second quarter, marking a 13.49% increase. Foreign investors were the top buyers in the quarter, notably purchasing 413,177 shares of King's Town Financial (2883). This marks the highest buying activity by foreign investors in a single quarter, with China Airlines and Yang Ming following as the second and third top-buying stocks. Despite a brief market correction in April, the market rebounded and hit a historic high in June before consolidating slightly by the end of the quarter.
