Today Taiwan's stock market closed at 22048 points, holding steady above 22000 points with a surprising boost from foreign investments totaling 16.817 billion NTD, ending two consecutive selling days. The market was led by major blue-chip stocks like TSMC, opening at 21841 points and reaching a high of 22094 before closing at 22048 points, up 256 points with a trading volume of 448.2 billion NTD. TSMC opened at 888 NTD and surged to a peak of 914 NTD, closing at 909 NTD.
