Reported over 1 year ago

According to the Central Weather Bureau, due to strong convection cloud systems, there is a high chance of localized heavy rain in three cities/counties today (June 18), namely Yilan City, Keelung City, and New Taipei City. People are advised to be cautious of lightning, strong gusts, landslides, and falling rocks. The rain is expected to persist until Thursday, with afternoon thunderstorms in various mountainous areas. After Wednesday, the weather may stabilize slightly with the potential for scattered showers. High temperatures are also expected, with precautions advised for heat-related illnesses. Clearing skies are forecasted for Friday onwards, but sporadic thunderstorms will still be possible in mountainous regions.
