Recent disputes over priority seats continue in Taiwan, with a new incident in a Kaohsiung MRT train where a 23-year-old man refused to give up his seat and was confronted by two older men, leading to a brawl involving three individuals. The altercation escalated into a physical fight until other passengers intervened, and authorities were called to the scene. The three men involved were taken for questioning, although no formal complaints of assault have been made. Taiwan's Ministry of Health and Welfare is considering renaming priority seats to 'Priority Seats' and expanding their eligibility to prevent such incidents.
