Five young men drove to the remote area of Liuxi Village in Baihe, Tainan City in search of a hidden waterfall. However, heavy rain caused the creek water to rise rapidly, trapping them on the creek bed. The Tainan City Fire Department dispatched 8 vehicles, 1 boat, and 14 personnel for the rescue operation. The men, aged between 20 and 30, were eventually guided to safety by climbing up the opposite bank with the help of the fire department. Luckily, all five men were successfully rescued and brought back to safety.
