A Boeing 737 Max aircraft belonging to Korean Air experienced a sudden drop in altitude during its flight to Taiwan, prompting concerns among Taiwanese passengers. Despite previous accidents involving the Boeing 737 Max model, Taiwanese airlines EVA Air, China Airlines, and Starlux Airlines have reassured the public that they do not operate this aircraft. Instead, they have plans to expand their fleets with Airbus aircraft. Korean Air's incident has raised worries about the safety of the Boeing 737 Max, but Taiwanese airlines have confirmed they do not have this model in their fleets.
