In Taichung's Dali district, a 21-year-old college student was waiting at a bus stop on Jhongsing Road Section 2 when a woman suspected of having mental instability got off a bus and proceeded to slap the college student seven times, pulling her hair and causing her to fall. Fortunately, other passengers intervened and pushed the woman away before the police arrived. The woman resisted arrest and was eventually subdued and forcibly taken to the hospital.
