Taiwanese Corporation Involved in Insider Trading Scandal and Illegal Profit of 1.94 Million Prosecuted

Taiwanese semiconductor distributor, Taiwan Wacon subsidiary CEO, Yen Yicai and Taiwan Sky Logistics company's chairman, Hsu Hsiu-Hui, were found to have engaged in insider trading by illegally profiting 1.94 million and 642,100 Taiwanese dollars, respectively, through trading Taiwan Wacon stocks before a public acquisition announcement. Both have settled the illegal gains, reducing their sentences. Other individuals involved in facilitating these transactions are also under investigation. Taiwan Wacon is known for its maritime and logistics services, being colloquially known as the 'Sailing King'.
