FTNN News Network on June 16, 2024, at 4:03 am [FTNN News Network] Report by Wu Yu-Chieh: The show 'Queen' recently invited Pei-chen, Pan Ruo-di, Yang Pei-jie, Ha Xiao-yuan, and Xuan Xuan to share unreasonable and special family rules. Pei-chen revealed that despite being a 'good daughter-in-law of Taiwan,' she still has shortcomings. This is due to a rule in her husband's family that dictates all holidays, whether major or minor, such as Mid-Autumn Festival, Qingming, birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc., must be celebrated on the same day. Pei-chen shared a incident where her mother-in-law was not pleased when they celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival a week early due to conflicts, and on the actual day, they spent it with her own family instead. This family rule led to misunderstandings and apologies with Pei-chen admitting that celebrating holidays on the actual day is necessary to prevent loneliness for elderly family members.
