The vendor and dog owners clashed, leading to the Animal Protection Office intending to impose a fine. Despite the dog recovering, the scars from the burns remain, prompting concerns among the adopters. The vendor's mistreatment of the dog has drawn attention from authorities, with a potential fine ranging from 15,000 to 75,000 NTD for violating animal protection laws.
