A mother in Taichung, Taiwan, revealed that her son, a student at an elementary school, was bullied by classmates, resulting in him being repeatedly ridden on and having two front teeth broken. The school and parents of the classmates are unwilling to take responsibility or compensate, causing the mother distress. Despite having medical reports and school investigation results, the school claims it should not cover medical expenses, while the classmates' parents cite lack of money as a reason for refusal. The mother seeks legal advice but faces conflicting suggestions on who to sue, feeling helpless and angry over the recurrent bullying incidents involving her child.
