Taiwanese golfers set for Paris Olympics debut

The International Golf Federation (IGF) has chosen Taiwanese golfers Chien Pei-yun and Hsu Wei-ling to represent Chinese Taipei at the Paris Olympics. Chien, ranked 88th in the world, and Hsu, ranked 161st, were selected based on the women's world golf rankings. This will be Hsu's second appearance at the Olympics and Chien's first. Both athletes expressed their excitement and readiness to compete in Paris, with Hsu grateful for the opportunity to represent Taiwan again. The Taiwanese Olympic golf team also includes men's team members Yu Chun-an and Pan Cheng-tsung, with Pan having won a bronze medal at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
