Taiwanese legislator Hsu Chiao-Hsin has recently accused the Taiwanese Representative Office in the United States of workplace bullying, revealing an incident where an employee was ordered to come to work every day and sit at a computer desk without being allowed to use the computer until the end of the workday, leading to emotional exhaustion. Hsu also hinted at a possible misuse of public funds by the representative office. She criticized the former Foreign Minister Joseph Wu for appointing officials like Yu Da-chuan, questioning how such expenditures were permitted. Hsu plans to further investigate allegations of mistreatment and dysfunction within the representative office during the previous administration.
