During a meeting at the Legislative Yuan, Taiwanese legislator Huang Kuo-Chang criticized the judicial process for the upcoming Constitutional Court proceedings citing three main reasons. He expressed concerns over the limited time given for preparation to the Legislative Yuan's legal representatives, emphasizing that he himself cannot participate due to legal restrictions. Huang also questioned the fairness of the proceedings, as the court allowed 12 legal representatives for the opposing parties but only 3 for the Legislative Yuan, raising doubts about the legitimacy of the process.
