In Longjing District, Taichung City, a conflict stemming from a business deal erupted where a 37-year-old man surnamed Lin, armed with a gun, confronted his 32-year-old brother at his brother's home. During the scuffle, the gun accidentally discharged, fortunately causing no injuries. Both parties have a history of disputes, with a prior incident in January involving a negotiation at a betel nut stall where Lin had brandished a gun. Following the recent altercation, which resulted in injuries to all parties, including the arrest of Lin, the case is still under active investigation by local authorities.
