A fatal car accident occurred at the gate of Sanwan Junior High School in Miaoli County, Taiwan, where a 60-year-old man surnamed Luo was hit by a car while parked on the side of the road and was pronounced dead despite being rushed to the hospital. The driver who caused the accident fled the scene, and police are actively searching for the suspect. The victim was on his way to visit a friend when the unexpected tragedy happened.
