On June 30, 2024, a 67-year-old Taiwanese man named Yu suddenly froze in a stone-like state while returning home after buying lunch, suspected of having a stroke. The noodle stand owner, alarmed by the situation, promptly reported to the police. Upon arrival, the police found Yu unable to communicate or move normally and moved him to a nearby chair for rest. Yu was later taken to a hospital, where he recovered without major issues. The cause of this condition remains unclear, but authorities urge people to seek help if feeling unwell, especially during the hot and unstable weather.
