Taiwanese professional mountaineer Zhang Yuanzhi tragically fell to his death while climbing the White Horn Peak in France, slipping and falling 250 meters. According to French media 'Franceinfo,' rescuers found him with no signs of life. Zhang, also known as '8000 Zhang,' had accomplished remarkable climbing feats, such as summiting Mount Aconcagua in South America and attempting to climb K2 with oxygenless support. White Horn Peak, where the accident occurred, is the highest peak in the Alps at 4809 meters above sea level, bordering France and Italy.
