A self-service noodle shop in South District, Taichung City, has sparked multiple customer disputes with its recent practice of publicly shaming customers who violate store rules. Despite facing backlash and multiple lawsuits, including defamation lawsuits and theft accusations, the owner remains steadfast in her approach of strictly enforcing rules and standing up to unruly customers. The shop, which has been open for only 2 months, plans to implement a membership system with discounts and additional service charges in response to controversies, but has no intention of shutting down.
