During a government questioning session in Taiwan, Premier Su Tseng-chang suggested that no actions should be taken before the final ruling by the Constitutional Court, to maintain constitutional stability. In response, legislator Huang Kuo-chang criticized Su for overstepping his role and acting as a constitutional court, questioning his standing in Taiwan's constitutional order. Huang emphasized that Su's role as Premier does not include freezing the effective enforcement of laws, and called out Su for attempting to issue directives without proper authority.
