Taipei City Councilor Gujo, also known as influencer Chiu Wei-jie, responded to YouTuber Potter King's prediction that about 10 groups of Taiwanese influencers will be invited by China's State Council to go to the mainland for filming in July. Gujo mentioned his own previous refusal to such invitations 5-6 years ago and emphasized the importance of not engaging in groundless witch hunts, regardless of the accuracy of the accusations. He pointed out that traveling to China for tourism, work, or performances is not prohibited by Taiwanese law and should not be morally condemned, comparing baseless accusations to marking birthmarks as symbols of evil without evidence.
