Taoyuan 77 Arts and Culture Town officially opened today, featuring storytellers sharing old stories of police dormitories, as well as lively dance performances by little police officers to combine vitality with historical cultural atmosphere for the citizens. The Taoyuan City Cultural Affairs Bureau entrusted Times ART Marketing Co., Ltd. to manage the operation and hoped to revitalize the cultural heritage park with diverse arts and cultural activities, aiming to deepen the local culture of Taoyuan. The town, located in the old district of Taoyuan, was a Japanese-style dormitory group of the Taoyuan Police Department and has been restored and operated through a public-private partnership since 2018, with the first exhibition being a ceramics and tea utensils exhibition until July 31st.
