Taoyuan Borough Office's Silver Talent Resource Center has been hosting various lectures on silver employment topics to encourage the mature generation to re-enter the labor market and support post-retirement reemployment. The office supports the Ministry of Labor's '55Plus Mature Generation Employment Promotion Measures', offering incentives for those aged 55 and above or 45 and above who are legally retired, to return to work. The lecture series 'Refresh and Restart - New Career Comeback' starting in July aims to encourage the mature generation to develop new skills, particularly in traditional massage therapy, to facilitate their reentry into the workforce, amidst aging demographics and labor shortages.
