In the 20th Golden Map Awards, Taoyuan City Government received recognition for 3 systems, with the Public Works Bureau's 'Taoyuan City Circular Economy Reuse Granular Material Management Platform' winning the National Development Council's special award for Smart Land Year, the only county or city in Taiwan to win this year. This showcases Taoyuan's exceptional achievements in digital governance and technology application, adding significant honor to the promotion of 'Smart Taoyuan'. The innovative system integrates engineering and recycled material safety management using GIS, achieving control over material quality, material flow management, and sustainable recycling, thereby lowering construction costs and addressing industry issues. Other award-winning systems include the Housing Development Department's 'Taoyuan City Social Housing Smart Operation Management BIM Data Analysis Platform' and the Maintenance Engineering Department's 'Taoyuan Broadband Management System', all contributing to enhanced efficiency and quality in various sectors.
