Reported 8 months ago

Due to the severe damage caused by the 403 earthquake, Taroko National Park, visited by millions annually, is currently closed and expected to reopen in phases and zones. Less affected areas like Buluowan, Jiuqudong, and Tianxiang will partially reopen by the end of the year, while the heavily damaged areas like Taroko Gorge and Swallow Grotto are estimated to take seven years and 30.228 billion NTD to rebuild, with plans to be completed by 2031.
