TasFoods, an Australian food company, plans to sell its Pyengana Dairy business to concentrate on enhancing its poultry division. They have signed a non-binding option agreement with major shareholder MSC ATF AgFood Opportunities Fund for a potential sale of the artisan cheese business for A$2 million. The company aims to explore alternative buyers and partnerships, asserting that the current structure isn't suitable for the brand's growth, which has struggled since its acquisition in 2017.
