In the Taichung West District, a taxi driver encountered a road rage incident and instead of a baseball bat, he used a megaphone to verbally abuse the cars in front of him, threatening to take down their license plate numbers and revoke their driver's licenses. The incident was caught on camera, showing the taxi driver causing a scene on the street by loudly berating the vehicles in his way. The situation occurred on a narrow road with cars parked on both sides, causing traffic congestion and leading to the driver's outburst.
