Teacher Diagnosed with COVID-19 Teaches in Hallway to Avoid Students' Infection

Reported 8 months ago

As COVID-19 cases rise, a history teacher at Kaohsiung Girls' High School in Taiwan, who tested positive, couldn't finish the curriculum but continued teaching from the hallway to prevent infecting students. With only a sore throat and no cough or fever, the teacher chose to continue teaching even though feeling unwell, ensuring social distancing and using technology such as mobile phones for remote teaching. Students found it both amusing and heartwarming to see their dedicated teacher teach from outside despite the discomfort to protect them during the upcoming finals week.
