Memory module manufacturer Teamgroup (4967) reported a June revenue of 27.96 billion yuan, a 44.93% year-on-year increase, marking a historic high in monthly revenue. The strong performance was driven by B2B projects and the AI PC trend boosting PC and laptop demand, as well as the continuous growth in data center and server needs. The sales volume of Teamgroup's T-FORCE DDR5 product line has exceeded 50% of total DRAM sales, positioning the company well in the market for AI, gaming, and industrial control applications. Looking ahead, due to the rising demand in AI infrastructure and edge computing technology, memory manufacturers are expected to see continued price increases in the AI server and traditional server markets in the second half of 2024 and 2025. DDR4 prices are likely to remain stable while DDR5 prices may continue to slightly increase due to limited supply. The company showcased innovative AI technology and high-end gaming overclocking memory at the 2024 Taipei International Computer Show COMPUTEX, receiving positive feedback from media and customers. Teamgroup aims to expand its R&D efforts in AI and high-end product technologies to meet various challenges in the industry.
