Javi Marroquin from 'Teen Mom 2' and girlfriend Lauren Comeau have welcomed their second baby together, a daughter. The couple shared the news on Instagram with a series of photos, including their older son Eli and Marroquin's son Lincoln from a previous relationship. They had announced the pregnancy in December, expressing their joy at expecting a baby girl. Marroquin and Lauren celebrated Lincoln's 10th birthday in November as well.
