Temasek Holdings is reportedly near a deal to acquire a significant 20% minority stake in VFS Global from Blackstone, valuing the visa outsourcing firm at approximately $7 billion. The transaction, which is still being finalized, could be announced soon, allowing Blackstone to remain the majority shareholder. VFS Global, established in 2001, has a significant presence in India, processing millions of visa applications and biometric data.
