A Korean Air Boeing 737-8 aircraft experienced a sudden drop in altitude of 21,000 feet (approximately 6,400 meters) due to a pressurization system failure while en route from South Korea's Incheon Airport to Taiwan Taichung on June 22. Passengers suffered from ear pain, nosebleeds, and 13 individuals were sent to the hospital. Despite the ordeal, all passengers and crew members are reported to be safe after the emergency landing back in Incheon Airport.
