Tesla has introduced stripped-down versions of the Model Y and Model 3, now available for order on its US website. The Model Y Standard starts at $39,990 with an estimated range of 321 miles, while the more affordable Model 3 Standard is priced at $36,990 with the same range. Both models come with limited features compared to their pricier counterparts and are expected to drive sales following the expiration of the federal EV tax credit.
