Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell participated in the team's organized team activities just over three weeks after being one of 10 victims shot outside an Orlando bar on April 28. Dell, who suffered a minor leg injury in the shooting, joined his teammates in drills and was not limited in practice. Despite missing games due to a broken leg earlier in the season, Dell's trainer confirmed he is back to 100% fitness and ready to play.
