TFI International announced the acquisition of Entreposage Marco, a food-grade tank hauler based in Quebec, Canada. The company transports edible products such as oils, liquid yeast, sweeteners, and fruit juices. This tuck-in acquisition is smaller compared to TFI's recent multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, including flatbed carrier Daseke and less-than-truckload carrier Hercules Forwarding. Financial details of the Entreposage Marco acquisition were not disclosed.
