Thai listed developer Ananda Development PCL enters the Taiwan market by showcasing luxury residential projects like 'COCO PARC' along with other housing projects from the Ananda portfolio. Ananda presents COCO PARC as a symbol of Bangkok's luxury living, located on Rama IV Road near the city's MRT Blue Line. Launched as a 'build then sell' project, COCO PARC boasts 37 floors, 444 units, and various sizes of residences. Ananda aims to capture Taiwan's strong interest in Thai real estate through this expansion and will host expos in Taipei and Kaohsiung to showcase Bangkok properties. Experts caution Taiwanese investors to thoroughly assess risks before investing in overseas real estate, given the complexities and regulations involved.
