Several citizen groups announced the 'Bluebird Action' will return to the Legislative Yuan from the 19th to the 21st, urging citizens to assemble outside the legislature based on their ID number endings to participate in the 'Warning the Kuomintang, Rejecting Democratic Backtracking' forum. Organizers estimate over 10,000 people will participate each day, with various mobilization methods including students attending the 'Democratic Taiwan Summer School,' self-employed individuals closing businesses for a day to defend democracy, and urging everyone to gather at the legislature after work or school hours to join the event.
