In The Boys Season 4 Episode 4, Homelander is alive but showing signs of aging, unlike his father Soldier Boy who possessed longevity. With no formidable enemies and the real threat being himself, Homelander struggles with fatherhood while displaying psychopathic tendencies. Although he may become more unstable, it is unlikely he will perish by suicide and is expected to continue inflicting violence in future seasons.
