Mashed's ranking of 20 chain restaurant steaks revealed that the Wagyu beef Snake River Farms (SRF) tomahawk chop at Mastro's Steakhouse came out on top. This high-end chain restaurant offers a monster steak with incredible marbling, tenderness, and a perfectly seared rare to medium-rare interior. While the SRF tomahawk chop is only available in western U.S. locations, the Durham Ranch tomahawk chop sourced for East Coast locations is also a delectable treat, both priced at $195 for 32 ounces and $250 for 40 ounces.
