The South Korean Air Force recently held a grand decommissioning ceremony for the F-4 fighter aircraft that has been in service for over half a century, marking the end of an era for this aircraft which was once considered a groundbreaking military asset in the 1970s. The F-4 Phantom II, known for its large size, excellent flight performance, and versatile combat capabilities, was sought after by many countries including Taiwan.
